Doubletree By Hilton Virginia Beach

This hotel suits me perfectly. I enjoy the 24-hour reception, indoor swimming pool, and fitness centre. The staff even helped with late check-out on my first stay, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it and will return for Christmas!

The hotel is fairly clean, nestled in a nice building with an attached restaurant. The staff are accommodating and affable. Everything is great, I would recomand the venue.

Central location, welcome base for discovering Virginia Beach. Positioned in the exceptional area, close enough to Virginia Beach after about 20 years, and additional restaurants. A great selection of fantastic food.

Was double charged for my stay and hotel wouldn't refund or tell me why. Wifi didn't work in room and no refrigerators.

Personal in the hotel nice

Every one and the room was very nice. Bathroom a little small but ok.

The stay had its highs and lows. The staff were friendly, overall service was helpful, and the lobby was nicely updated. The rooms were quite outdated and had some cleanliness issues, which detracted from the experience. Inspect your room upon arrival to ensure comfort during your stay.

I did like the facility and the room

I didn't like how the staff handle the procedure and everything when I fell in their hallway. I felt uncomfortable with them and didn't feel like they took accountability for there being no wet signs present at the time of my fall.

We enjoyed locally sourced beer and creative cocktails while catching a game. The hotel offered great facilities, including room service and water adventures nearby. Everyone was friendly, and there was plenty to do.

One downside was that we only got one parking pass for two cars, even though the lot was empty. It created unnecessary stress.

It was not to far from the beach & the hotel has a van that takes you to & from the beach every half hour. The chocolate chip cookies with Walnuts are always great at check in & check out. The indoor pool was nice and warm.

There was a loud drilling noise when we turned on the shower.

when I arrived I was sent to another hotel because the double tree over booked and they didn't have a room for me and my family the hotel they sent me to was 20 min away it was late at night and while driving to the other hotel the car in front of me hit something in the road and it hit my car now I have to pay 500.00 out my my pocket to get my car fixed if they had not sent me to the other hotel I would have been in the bed and not on the highway which means my car would have not been hit I think the double tree and booking. com should pay for my car repairs I will never use Booked.net or stay at the double tree again

The king room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. We enjoyed the indoor pool, a perfect spot to relax after a day out. Plus, the location is decent for accessing the beach, though a shuttle service would be a nice addition .
